How do you choose the homes and rentals you feature?

We comb through several reputable websites daily to pull together our lists for that week’s focus area. If we wouldn’t personally add it to our list of serious contenders, it doesn’t make the cut.

Do you sell real estate or act as agents?

We are not involved in real estate sales of any kind. Our goal is to give you the tools to further evaluate any property we feature including a direct link to the listing.

Is this only for people making a permanent move?

Not at all! It’s also for people considering a second home, seasonal base, or a slower path to spending more time in Portugal.

Do you cover only Portugal?

Portugal is our main focus, but the inspiration for Portugal Hearth came from seeing how many people were exploring the idea of what life could realistically look like compared against their current location.

How do I find the back issues of your weekly newsletters?

Once you have subscribed you will have full access to all of the newsletter archives. Just select ARCHIVES on the right side of the navigation bar at the top of the web page.

How do I cancel my subscription?

At the bottom of the web page and each weekly newsletter there is a footer link where you can update your email address, card info, or cancel your subscription.
